Introducing Playground Scheme

So, I've forked Tinyscheme. I have Playground Scheme setup Github - https://github.com/shortsightedsid/playground

So far the changes have been with regards to cleanup only.

• Lots of Whitespace and formatting changes. Tinyscheme has varying whitespace and so its quite difficult to read
• Directory Structure changes.
